Business Intelligence for Yellow Technologies

Abstract
Yellow’s family of companies specializes in regional, national, and
international transportation. Yellow Technologies provides these
companies with information solutions and technology services. To
improve the efficiency of its project management process, Yellow
Technologies turned to partner Pcubed to determine the
functionality that it wanted in an enterprise project management
solution. The two companies established business processes for
project delivery, resource allocation, time tracking, and project
prioritization. The company then worked with partner QuantumPM
to design and deploy a Microsoft® Office Enterprise Project
Management (EPM) Solution. The result is a way to prioritize
projects based on strategic importance, available skills, and other
factors and then deliver on-time, on-budget projects 98 percent of
the time.
