Abstract
The 10th Annual Global Information Security Survey is an Ernst & Young publication that details how the challenges facing the information security function have evolved, and how organizations have reacted to address their security needs. The survey was executed between May and August 2007, through interviews with executives from approximately 1,300 organizations in 50 countries, across all major industries. This year’s survey shows that organizations continue to improve their information security functions, but remain challenged to find the right balance between risk mitigation efforts and performance based initiatives.
