SOA/ Web Services
Chicago, IL | May 17, 2006
Service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Web services are gaining broad recognition from CIOs, vendors and analysts for enabling enterprise IT to build adaptiveness into their massive IT assets by approaching integration with open standards-based technologies. Many early adopters have found that SOA and Web services can deliver incremental value relatively quickly even while they build in flexibility for additional changes later. This is a welcome change from yesterday's massive proprietary IT projects, which required years of upfront investment before delivering value.
