Mark has been with BP Legal since 1990. He spent most of his career in Litigation, but has also worked as a commercial, corporate and anti-trust lawyer. In the past, Mark has led several initiatives to use technology in BP's legal department, with an emphasis on litigation support. He is currently managing Project AGILE, believed to be the world's first global data flow and information management system in an in-house legal department.
