Jeff Wallk, Chief Architect, Hospira
Jeff Wallk is the Chief Architect at Hospira ($4B Healthcare company
supplying pharmaceuticals, injectables and devices to hospitals around
the world). He has worked there since 2006 outlining the future
business and technical architectures as well as numerous projects with
product development. He has spent the last 10-15 years with Fortune
1000 companies redesigning and rebuilding operations and
infrastructures. He is working on several white papers on linking
customer outcomes with execution management. More recent work has
involved working with SAP and partners on evolving the eSOA platform. |

William Beshilas, Director, Chief Architect, Allstate Insurance
William Beshilas is a Director and Chief Architect for the Enterprise
at
Allstate Insurance Company. He leads the Enterprise Architects
responsible for defining and implementing a consistent infrastructure
across Allstate. Prior to joining Allstate, William worked for
CapGemini, from the Ernst & Young side, Sun Microsystems's JavaSoft
Division, and Amoco.

Paul Ciciora,
Director of Object Oriented Infrastructure, Chicago Board Options Exchange
Between 1983 and 1993, Paul was a BAL programmer working on real-time systems. In 1994, he moved into management but remained a developer. Three years later, Paul was retrained in Object Oriented technology, taught Java, and was tasked with leading a multi-million dollar remote development effort to build next-generation middleware for CBOE’s new trading systems.
In his 30 years in IT, Paul has experienced development trends from punch cards and paper tape to iterative/agile scrum based approaches.
