David Beering oversees MorganFranklin's Technical capabilities within the Chicago area. His responsibilities involve the design, integration and deployment of large-scale, high-performance satellite networks for clients including NASA, the U.S. Navy, the Missile Defense Agency and the City of Chicago. Beering has worked extensively with the US Department of Homeland Security and National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA) to develop continuity of operations plans.

Mr. Pressman has been designing and building mission critical IT facilities and networks for over 17 years. He currently is designing and developing over 1 million sf of Tier 3 / Tier 3+ data center and collocation facilities in conjunction with deploying 10 / 40 GbE optical networks throughout the world. Mr. Pressman was Technology Architect for the new Chicago Police Headquarters, Chicago Police Wide Area Network, Ford Supplier Campus (Chicago), Burlington Northern Sante Fe Intermodel (Joliet) and DuPage National Technology Park (West Chicago).
Andrew London, CTO Team, GE Healthcare
Andrew has a 20 year IT career, including CTO with GE. In Andrew's four year tenure with GE, he earned awards for TIP Integration excellence, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance excellence, Achieving Customer Excellence award and GE worldwide's most coveted technology award of "IT Excellence". Andrew has worked in all technological aspects and architectural disciplines for many companies in both consulting and corporate.
Ray Trygstad, Director of Information Technology - Center for Professional Development, Illinois Institute of Technology
Ray is responsible for technology planning and computer system management and administration. He instructs disaster recovery, business continuity and information security management in the Information Technology and Management program and serves as curriculum coordinator for IIT's Information Technology & Management (ITM) degrees. He has taught Computer Science and Business at IIT, and also taught at the University of Chicago.

Vince DeCicco holds the position of First Vice President, Business Continuity Management, responsible for ABN Amro’s North America Technology Recovery Planning. He has been with ABN Amro for 7 years and most recently was manager of Open Systems Midrange Infrastructure providing application hosting, storage management, and database management services for the bank’s client server and web based applications.
Rob Klusman, Director Midwest Practice-U.S. Systems Engineering, Sun Microsystems
Rob manages a regional team focused on pre-sales technical evangelism, technical architecture, and mapping Sun's technologies into customer business solutions. Previously, he managed System Engineering in four Midwest states and was responsible for the technical delivery and support of pre-sales discipline solutions.
