Amit was responsible for pioneering HCL's “Technology Development Offshoring” concept and building its Technology Services outsourcing practice. He also pioneered and built a multi-service integrated IT outsourcing practice which culminated into a $50 Million End to End multi-service IT Outsourcing deal, the first of its kind for an India based outsourcing Company.

Bill has eighteen years of information technology experience in the human resource industry. He has played a variety of roles in Hewitt's Consulting and Outsourcing segments building and leading global application development, information management, and business intelligence teams. Over the last seven years, Bill helped build multiple development teams in India including one of Hewitt's first offshore captive teams. Bill is responsible for information delivery for some of Hewitt's HR BPO clients and utilizes teams in North America and India.

Shouvik is the VP of IT, responsible for integrating and managing the diverse requirements of Hart Schaffner Marx a premier Apparel company. He is currently managing a large initiative, transforming the business and technology at Hart Marx. He has built global teams, managed the outsourcing of application and technology.  He has managed global sourcing and delivery initiatives for the last ten years.

Kurt has been a leader at Motorola for 22 years, working in Robotics Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Program Management and IT.  For the last four years, Kurt has filled a principal role in the oversight and governance of a major IT infrastructure support services outsourcing agreement.  During that time, he has specialized in Service Level Management, New Projects/Contract Extensions, and governance processes.  Kurt brings a pragmatic approach to IT sourcing strategy and the business of running IT.
