EXECUTIVE BRIEFINGS

Chris Catanzaro, Channel Account Manager, Vormetric The External Threat to Your Data and the Privileged Insider - Why They Should be Treated the Same.
Chris Catanzaro, Channel Account Manager, Vormetric

All-encompassing access rights for high-level computer operators have been a fundamental security architecture flaw since the introduction of multi-user computer systems more than 40 years ago. The maintenance, repair and initiations performed by privileged users are important, but unfettered access to organizational data poses enormous business risk. Adding to this security nightmare is the startling fact that attackers now sit inside networks for an average of 243 days before being detected. In this session presented by Chris Catanzaro, Director of Channel Development, attendees will discover how security teams are enabling privileged users to perform their jobs without access to private and confidential data.
