Neil Goodrich, CIO, M. Holland Company

As the technology leader at the M. Holland Company, Neil is responsible for not only setting the IT strategy but driving change within the organization. His multi-disciplinary background includes previous lives in accounting, project management, and investigation while his recent work has focused on building IT teams around cultures of creativity. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and later returned there to earn his Masters in Business Administration.

   

Bill Altman, CTO ,Graham Media Group

Bill Altman is a Chicago native, having attended Loyola University of Chicago focusing on finance and computer science. He is an experienced IT Executive with a diverse skill set and a passion for technology, providing a blended approach to the needs of an organization based on workflow and economics. Over the past 20 years, this path has taken Bill through the continuous and ever changing world of broadcast television and digital media as the scale of storage, networking, and processing has increased exponentially. Beyond the changing technology, he has provided strong direction, leadership and planning applying an understanding of the business, the industry, and the regulatory conditions of the marketplace that goes far beyond IT.

   
 

Justin Palette, Mobile Analyst, William Blair & Co

As Mobile Analyst, my job is to help William Blair rethink their approach to mobility, not just in Chicago as they move to a newly constructed office in 2017, but worldwide. This means I'm working alongside IT, networking, compliance, and facilities to empower employees with the ability to work remotely, regardless of their device choice under the strict rules of compliance governing the finance industry.

Brendan has 20+ years agency and digital production studio experience in advertising, marketing and interactive technology; He brings a multi-disciplined approach to building interactive experiences that synthesize creative and technical expertise. Brendan has partnered with global brands such as Amgen, Eli Lilly and Co., Absolut, Coca-Cola, Discover Financial and Ford Motor Company, to build activating solutions in channels including mobile, tablet, web, social media and experiential technologies. Brendan holds a BA from the University of Minnesota with a major in philosophy.
