Praveen is the author of Business Innovation in the 21st Century and The Innovation Solution. He also is President of Accelper Consulting, an operations management consulting firm that helps clients improve top and bottom line using Business Scorecard, Six Sigma, Breakthrough Innovation, and Process Management.
