IT's Leadership Mandate:
Engaging Multichannel Consumers
New research shows that consumers have strong and diverse preferences on how to interact with your company using a wide varity of devices, both online and offline. Plus - they have the same level of access to your competition. The race is on -- those companies who succeed at creating a compelling multichannel "touch point" strategy will gain competitive advantage. Unfortunately, this same research also shows:
- Few companies meet customer expectations with multiple-channel customer engagement, and
- Inconsistent channel communication is causing significant operational challenges
Learn how IT can lead the organization to success:
In this unique roundtable, you will discuss:
- How to develop a multiple-channel customer touch point strategy that aligns with customer behavior, improves operations, and differentiates your organization
- Learn to Pinpoint the roadblocks and clarify IT initiatives required for an optimal multi-channel experience
- How to present the need for a multi-channel touch point strategy in language the business understands
Todd Huseby, who led the research project, will moderate this discussion.
