    Mr. Pressman has become an industry leader in the master technology planning, financial modeling, design, build and turn-key implementation of Threat Isolation Platforms hardened for Cyber Ransom/Mal/Terror Ware, EMP, HEMP, IEMI and Geomagnetic Storm protected critical enterprise infrastructure. 

    Mr. Pressman is currently managing the global deployment of 20 ultra-resilient shielded facilities that each can operate a minimum of 30 days without external refueling. This will represent the most advanced max-resilient infrastructure portfolio in the commercial mission critical enterprise data center and private cloud computing market space.

He has over 16 years of security experience from startups to mature global companies. Joe is responsible for leading all aspects of the company's enterprise architecture and security program, including strategy and design of application and infrastructure components. He leads a global security program, including the development of in-house security expertise, policies, governance, implementation, representing security to customers, and has made security a competitive differentiator for the company.
     
    Joe has built the Information Security Program at 1WorldSync from the ground up, achieved ISO 27001 certification, and uses the program to represent Security as Quality and a business enabler. He focuses on planning and developing solutions that make a positive business impact while addressing risk, budgetary needs and improving capabilities. His areas of specialty include Cyber Security, Risk Management, ISO 27000, EU Privacy and Public/Private/Hybrid clouds.

    Karla's IT career began as a trainer and for over twenty years has focused on the end user and business community. In her twelve plus years at Tower International she has had responsibility globally for support and IT audit. She has had various management responsibilities for the infrastructure and in the light of today's security risks now has taken a leadership role as Director of Cyber Security and Audit. She is a member of the IT Leadership Team (ITLT) reporting to the CIO.

     

    Michael Biagioli, CIO, Waukesha County

    Michael Biagioli, CIO, Waukesha County, has over 45 years of experience. Under his leadership, technology has moved into alignment with the business needs of the county, with a focus on measured Return on Investment for the implementation of technology improvements. Mr. Biagioli has moved IT away from custom in-house developed application, traditional for government IT, to an organization that functions as a system integrator for Off-the-Shelf software packages. This has allowed for reduced development staff, while increasing data analysis, business analysis, and project management. Waukesha County has also carefully implemented outsourced functions, where they make business and technical sense.

     

    Tim Walter, CIO, The Packaging Wholesalers

    Tim Walter is the Chief Information\Digital Officer of The Packaging Wholesalers.  He is responsible for all technology of the B2B distributor network, all digital marketing for various distributor e-commerce platforms, and hosting for customer websites.  He works closely with the sales team to develop customer centered systems and marketing campaigns across consumer and business websites.  He leads the core team responsible for continued development, implementation, and operations. Tim works to align the company s informational infrastructure with its data-based client approach and is also responsible for expansion and commercialization strategies for his division s intellectual property and patent portfolio.

    Prior to The Packaging Wholesalers, Tim served as Chief Information Officer for XSport Fitness, He also worked at RMG Network s Mall Media Division as the Chief Information and Operations officer. 

    While at CrossCom National, his leadership resulted in the 2010 CIO 100 Innovation Award for Sustainable Innovation for the on-line mapping technology, which was used to monitor service staff across the entire United States. 

    Tim holds a Master s Degree with Distinction in Software Engineering and Project Management from DePaul University.

In this important session we will discuss emerging trends in cyber security and new types of attacks. These attacks are getting past traditional defenses- it is time to find innovative new approaches to help humans fight these threats. We will review examples of the new types of attacks that are out there and a new approach to cyber defense

    Justin Fier joined Darktrace in 2015 as a Director for Cyber Intelligence and Analytics. As a contractor for over 10 years, Mr. Fier supported various elements in the US intelligence community with a focus on cyber operations and counter terrorism.   Having worked in both offensive and defensive cyber arenas, the move to Darktrace’s next generation machine learning seemed like a natural progression.

We are, increasingly, a global online society living and interacting in a borderless digital world with questionable jurisdictions.
As a consequence the threats we face as both businesses and consumers are also increasingly online and digital.

Unlike in the physical world, all online activity leaves traces, whether or not an individual is aware of it, and this “Digital Footprint” grows both in “space” as users do more kinds of things online and time as the do these things more often. This data increasingly powers the products and services that business bring to market. The challenge is keeping the data, and the business and consumers that depend on it, safe.

    Prior to joining US Signal, Aaron served as the Executive Director of Information Management for Spectrum Pennock Health Services. He has also lead research and development for US Signal, establishing the MPLS, Carrier Ethernet and Cloud practices.  Aaron has a 20-year background in telecommunications, data center design and information security.

    Aaron holds a doctorate in information assurance and computer science and a Master of Science in information security.  His research focused on enterprise disaster recovery and mitigation.

Additionally, Jacob supported Europe, Canada and Latin America as general compliance counsel gaining over ten years of broad compliance management experience.

    During his tenure at Abbott and Baxter, Jacob provided counsel to executive management on an ongoing basis to ensure the companies' privacy and data protection programs were aligned with business priorities and strategy. Additionally, Jacob also led efforts to ensure product and process development were aligned with privacy and data protection requirements of consumers and regulators globally.

    Brian Cleveland leads the technology strategy and IT program execution at Vi Senior Living. He is responsible for the management and support of the information technology department which includes enterprise applications, information security, and the underlying networks and systems including the data center.  In addition, Brian is responsible for oversight of the low voltage systems that are standard at Vi communities which includes emergency call systems, in-house TV, security systems, telephony, WiFi and other mobile communication technologies.

    In addition Christine has execution responsibilities for UCMs Enterprise Data Management that includes the Enterprise Data Warehouse and BI tools, Enterprise Data Integration including an Enterprise Service Bus based leveraging the Tibco full suite of capabilities, Enterprise Technology Services that includes all network across the entire health system and Data Center operations.

    Christine served previously with Verizon as an Executive Consulting Partner in their Global Professional Services Group focused on aligning Verizon capabilities in the financial sector to their business objectives and developing omni-channel capabilities to address emerging market needs.
