Mighael Botha joined Software AG in February 2002 as a lead Assembler developer for ADABAS/Natural. He was promoted to Director of Professional Services in 2005 and to Vice President Technical Services in 2008. Mighael was promoted to his current role as CTO, North America in 2012.

In this role, he is responsible for Software AG’s United States and Canadian Technical Sales resources and drive the vision for technical product development, product integration and vertical foundation development. Mighael’s current area of focus is driving new development with solutions in IoT, BigData, and Streaming Analytics. The main areas of focus for these solutions are within the Customer Experience Management, Predictive Maintenance, and Supply Chain domains; helping organizations to accelerate their business by deploying intelligent insights and connecting with their customers on new ways.     Todd has been interviewed and featured in Insurance & Technology Magazine on articles concerning E-Commerce Solutions and Internet Bandwidth.  He has been recently featured in the Manufacturing Leadership Journal.  


    Nikhil Torsekar, Global Director - Data & Information Management, HSBC

    Nikhil Torsekar is a seasoned digital and financial services professional who currently serves as Global Director of Data & Information Management (D&IM) for HSBC Bank.     Prior to joining the School in October 2014, Mr. Anderson served as an Associate Dean for Leadership Development at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.     Mr. Anderson is also a co-founder and partner at The Chatham Group, a consulting advisory firm that he launched in 2003. He has worked with senior executives in the distribution, consumer product, energy, investment banking, consulting, telecommunication and automotive industries. And, like LFGSM’s business leader faculty, Anderson continues to perform at the top of his field. While leading the School he also advises senior executives on how best to grow their businesses and advance their careers.

    Ram Narain, has over 20 years experience as a Business & Technology executive, across various industry verticals. His expertise includes: establishment of effective governance processes, M&A Integration, PMO/Portfolio frameworks, and building Program Management Offices (PMO)  from ground up. In his current role at Anixter Ram is responsible for executing the M&A Integration Playbook and rollout of the Enterprise PMO. Prior to joining Anixter, Ram was a Senior Director PMO, Global Initiatives and Planning at Aon where he led the execution of a Global Business Office through a complex merger.
