Marketing Manager
Pathfinder Development

The Marketing Manager at Pathfinder Development is responsible for proposing marketing strategy and for developing and implementing selected marketing initiatives, including development of sales tools and collateral, web site management, direct marketing, and lead generation.

The candidate must have at least three years of experience and proven success, preferably for a software, information consulting, or other technology solutions company. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in all aspects of marketing, enjoy getting their hands dirty, and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, articles, case studies and press releases.
  • Develop web pages and maintain website.
  • Coordinate, review, edit and design responses to RFPs.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support stated objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
  • Track, measure and evaluate the results of marketing programs in order to recommend and execute changes to the plan.
  • Guide and direct internet marketing activities, including website development, search engine optimization and e-mail campaigns.
  • Identify marketing opportunities (speaking, writing, sponsorships, etc.)

Skills

  • Strong drive to see through projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with website design, creation and maintenance.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and consensus-building skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Desire to continuously improve and enhance their skill set.
