- How to Submit Your Whitepapers, Case Studies, Articles and Client Advisories
Members in good standing may post Whitepapers, links to Webcasts, Case Studies, Articles and Client Advisories.
Free Member postings is an important and valued benefit of Club Membership. The Club newsletter service reaches over 11,271 executives 2-5 times a week and the website has over 27,500 page views each month.
Content Guidelines
The theme of all Whitepapers, Case Studies and Articles should be:
The Business View of Technology use in the enterprise. This topic is directed towards the Enterprise technology and functional executives and the technology sector executives who serve them.
The Theme of Client Advisories from our legal members should discuss the legal issues of Enterprise technology use.
Submission Guidelines:
Content is posted on the Member's Landing Page, in the appropriate libraries and a one line link is posted in the newsletter.
Send your whitepaper(s) in a PDF format, along with a 200-300 word abstract for each whitepaper and the library channels that are appropriate.
Send your Webcast(s) in a PDF flyer format with the link to your webinar location embedded within the PDF, along with a 200-300 word abstract for each webcast and the library channels that are appropriate.
Legal
- You agree that all submissions will be licensed for nonexclusive publication to the Club in our newsletter, website and any other publication the Club sees fit in return for the exposure of the article itself perpetually. You also represent and warrant to the Club that you have full rights to do so and that publication in the Club's medium will not infringe any other party, publication or website. There are no additional fees. Submission by itself does not guarantee publication. Submissions must be accepted to be published. Membership in the Technology Executives Club qualifies one to be able to submit but does not guarantee publication.
- The Club reserves the rights to remove submissions for any reason at any time. Submissions will be removed if membership expires.

To submit, send your whitepaper, case study, article or client advisory in PDF format along with your 200-300 word abstract to: Linda Talbot at ltalbot@technologyexecutivesclub.com with the subject line of: ARTICLE SUBMISSION. You can contact Linda at 847-837-3900, Ext. 4.

- Free Member Postings in the Club Newsletter and Website
Members in good standing may post Jobs, Announcements, Event Notices and IT Services for free.
Free Member postings is an important and valued benefit of Club Membership. The Club newsletter service reaches over 11,271 executives 2-5 times a week and the website has over 27,500 page views each month.
Each Free posting is 5 lines. Members may also showcase their ads for a nominal charge which will give them a longer ad and highlight their ad in the best position in both the website and the newsletter.
Here's how to place your free member postings:
1. Where do we display your postings?
- All Postings are shown on the website in the Resource Center.
- All Postings are listed in our weekly newsletter service.
2. What You Can Post (See Resource Center)
- Jobs
Post your open positions.
- Event Notices
Promote your own event (must not compete with Club event date or content).
- Announcements
Examples include announcements, new contract, products, new employees, promotions and more!
- IT Services
Post your company description including services offered.
3. Free Posting Specifications (You Must Follow these guidelines)
- Specs: Newsletter, 1 line - 100 characters - first week of posting.
- Website: 5 Lines - 100 characters each.
4. How to Place Your Free Posting

5. How to Place a Bigger Posting and Showcase Your Posting
To get a larger ad with showcased positioning please visit our Advertising Services area.
6. Additional Guidelines & Standards:
- You must be a Corporate Member in good standing to post.
- You must follow submission guidelines to be considered.
- Technology Executives Club reserves the right to edit announcements and choose which announcements to post.
- All decisions will be final.
