- Using Your Staff/Seminar Pass
Corporate Members at the Standard and Premium levels receive a staff/seminar pass to each of our 11 monthly seminars as part of their membership package.
Pre-registration is required. To use your staff pass you and your guests MUST be pre-registered directly with Jennifer Prince at jprince@technologyexecutivesclub.com and confirmed with Jennifer prior to the event. You can contact Jennifer at 847-837-3900 x 6.
Member must be in good standing to use tickets. Seminar passes are on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Confirmation must occur one week prior to event. Substitutions welcome. No refunds. Any conflict will be decided by the Club.
All corporate and individual members in good standing receive registration discounts for events. In addition, all members may invite their guests to attend at the member rate, or bring their guests at the member rate. To receive the discount when registering online, simply register at the member rate. To invite your guests to attend at the member rate, simply instruct them to use your last name and company name as the offer code. For example, Jones-ABC Corp.
(Note - nonmembers who use the member rate without entering an appropriate offer code will be charged the difference plus a service fee)
Early Bird Rates
Most events have early-bird rates to allow us to better plan the final attendance with the venue. Be sure to register early to take advantage of these rates for all events.
Are you interested in getting involved as a speaker at our events? The Club provides opportunities for IT enterprise executives and technology executives from vendors, services providers and consultants to get involved.
- Executives From Enterprise Companies should join the Club's Speaker Bureau. If you are a director level or above executive from a company with revenues $100 million and above then you qualify to be a free member of the Club's Speaker Bureau program. Join a select group of executives ranging from CIOs, CFOs, CMOs to directors of IT, security, marketing, finance and more. If you utilize technology in the enterprise and are willing to share how you do it be sure to get involved! Contact Maria Tuthill at 847-837-3900, x 1 to get involved in the Speaker Bureau Program.
- Speaker Bureau Participation - Buy-Side Members Only
The Speaker Bureau is open only to our Buy-Side Members and is an optional feature. Buy-side executives who join our Speaker Bureau program speak at our keynote panels and gain access to special private events and benefits including our annual Golf Outing and more.
- Executives from the vendor community, including software, hardware and services organizations are also welcome to speak at club events through our speaker/sponsor programs. Speaking at Club events provides significant exposure and direct connections with our community.
