Everyone knows it's a pain to create a requirements document, according to David De Witt, Requirements Management Practice Director, NueVista Group. In this thoroughly tongue-in-cheek approach, De Witt offers his "top ten" reasons why such a document isn't needed! The process, he says, is tedious, time consuming and expensive - and it could force your users to think about what could be done better, faster and more efficiently with an updated application.
