Sonoma Partners works exclusively on the Microsoft CRM product and provides consulting and implementation services to enterprise and mid-market comapnies. Based on the success of our many CRM implementations, Microsoft awarded Sonoma Partners as the top Microsoft CRM consulting firm in the world in both 2005 and 2003. Lastly, Microsoft recruited Sonoma Partners co-founders Mike Snyder and Jim Steger to write the Microsoft Press book titled Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. |
