The PMO provides oversight and best practices for all projects and programs, and houses the QA and financial teams. Susan has been with Finish Line for 24 years, starting with Store Operations and spending the last 15 years in IT helping develop the maturity model needed to grow Finish Line into a premium athletic retailer with over 600 stores.
