Kevin O'Brien is the Director of Information Systems for Entertainment Cruises, Inc. Entertainment Cruises, Inc., headquartered in Chicago, IL, owns and operates 26 vessels serving nine cities with six unique products. Those products range from elegant dining cruises to exciting speedboat rides. Kevin has over 13 years of experience managing the technology needs of Entertainment Cruises. He has evaluated solutions and led implementations of numerous enterprise-level projects, including ERP systems, VOIP phone systems, CRM solutions, Data Warehousing projects, SANs, Intranet, POS, F&B, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and more. Dr. Shelley has a PhD in bio-medical engineering, having worked in the UK, Germany and USA; he has led Research and Development, Quality and IT organizations and held positions in various technical and business leadership roles including CEO, CIO and Chief Technology Officer.
