Nayan has 15+ years of experience with network design, implementations, disaster recovery and business continuity. These involve a variety of different hardware and software options, communications system options and operating environments. This includes all aspects of a business's network system needs such as administrative needs, various departmental operations, remote facility operations and mobility solutions, security solutions, network architecture, and integrated voice communication capabilities. As a project manager, Nayan has developed and managed technical system implementation project plans, conducted business systems analyses, evaluated critical system needs, and assisted in development of cost justification models for various network systems technologies. Nayan holds Master's degree in IT from Northwestern University and Finance and Banking from MS University

Michael joined Telemedicine Solutions four years ago and leads technology development and strategy for the company. Formerly, Mr. Bautsch served as Director of Delivery for MPS Partners, LLC, and Director of IT for Ryan Building Group, as well as William Ryan Homes. His background spans over 20 years building IT architectures and infrastructure, as well as the development and deployment of customer applications. Mr. Bautsch has a BBA from American InterContinental University

Gordan is Product Development leader with an extensive mobile, cloud computing, location-based services, software development, UI/UX and QA experience. As Director of Product Management at Paylocity, a cloud-based Payroll and HR services provider for mid-size businesses, Gordan oversees Paylocity's product portfolio during a period of unprecedented growth and is focused on extending company's product portfolio across a variety of mobile platforms.  Previously, he was a Senior Product Manager at Nokia, where he led the creation of a global location content platform.  Gordan began his career at Motorola, where he performed a variety of product development and marketing roles across network and mobile device businesses.  Gordan has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and MS in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Varun Parekh is the Director of Sales Technology & Operations for Bankers Life an SBU of CNO Financial (formerly Conseco), a Fortune 1000 insurance carrier selling life, health and retirement products designed specifically for middle-income seniors through a captive sales force of 5,200 agents nationwide. Varun oversees two teams at Bankers Life - Field Technology: providing Business Application Ownership of mobile, portal and SaaS solutions; and Field Services: supporting over 40K tech support tickets annually on 15+ systems.

Varun has 10+ years of experience in the Insurance/Financial Services industry with unique perspective from numerous roles on both the IT and business sides. In 2011, he led the CBA, definition and execution of an enterprise mobile strategy for the organization which has culminated in the release of 4 mobile apps; SaaS solutions; use of MEAP; measuring ROI; and providing end user support/training.
