Vijay Bhuvanagiri, Senior Vice President/Group Head, Enterprise Architecture, MasterCard Operations & Technology

Dr. Vijay Bhuvanagiri is a senior vice president and group head, Enterprise Architecture at MasterCard. He is responsible for enterprise business and solution architecture for business-technology alignment, architecture planning, solution patterns for driving consistency in systems development and enterprise architecture governance.

Vijay joined MasterCard in 2012 with more than twenty years of experience in engineering, scientific computing, telecommunication, brokerage and banking industries. He was part of the team that introduced the Enterprise Architecture discipline at A.G. Edwards. Vijay also founded a startup engineering consulting firm that focused on numerical and scientific computing. He has taught engineering courses at several universities.

Vijay led the design and implementation of MasterCard’s Business Centered Enterprise Architecture practice, which was recognized with the prestigious Forrester-Info World-Penn State Enterprise Architecture Award in 2013. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master of Science in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.


Mike Beatty, Enterprise Technical Architect, Emerson

Mike Beatty is a 21 year veteran of consulting and large enterprise solutions. His current role as an Enterprise Technical Architect at Emerson is focused on digital experience solutions for Emerson employees, partners and customers. In the last five years at Emerson, he has participated and provided leadership in numerous initiatives for driving global solutions for collaboration based on SharePoint 2013, Unified Communications, Mobile Device and Application Management, Social community platforms, upgrades and rebranding of and other Emerson Internet and extranets. Prior to Emerson, he was an Architect/Principal Consultant at Microsoft Consulting focused on collaboration solutions and SharePoint and also worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Accenture working primarily on custom development solutions in Unix and Oracle.


Larry Reuwer, Global Supply Chain IT Production Lead, Monsanto

Larry Reuwer is the Global Supply Chain IT Production Lead. In this role, he works closely with internal and external partners to define goals and set strategic direction to ensure manufacturing IT priorities are aligned across row crops, crop protection, vegetables, production technology, and ESH.  His teams provide systems solutions for field, facility, and quality platforms.   Larry started his career as an IT business consultant for Ernst and Young after graduating from Saint Louis University with a degree in Management Information Systems in 1992. Most of his clients at E&Y were in the agriculture and life science industries and included companies such as Farmland Industries, Anheuser-Busch Ag, Ralston Purina, Becton-Dickenson biosciences, Welch Allyn Medical Devices, and Monsanto. He joined Monsanto as an employee in 2005 and his first role was as the SAP ABAP team lead. Since then Larry has led several teams such as the Global ERP PMO, the Web Solutions team, and the Service Center team within Global Infrastructure.
