Tom Braden manages IT Operations for IMMI in Westfield, Indiana, a worldwide manufacturer of safety products with plants and offices in six countries. With over 20 years of experience in IT management, Tom has managed medium and large IT departments in multiple industries, including manufacturing and banking.

He is a 1990 graduate of DePauw University and a former Army Infantry officer, and currently holds 13 IT certifications. He has also served as Technical Consultant for several non-profit organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). A native of Elkhart, Indiana, Tom and his wife Angie reside in Westfield with their son, Luke.

Agostino M. Pintus serves as Chief Innovation Officer for Bell Techlogix. In this role, he has the responsibility for all company-wide internal IT operations, client services platforms, DevOps and client delivery systems. Mr. Pintus is also collaboratively leading Bell Techlogix's future technology strategy and direction for the company's BEAM IT Management Automation platform.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pintus has developed transformational application solutions and managed complex system implementations - particularly ERP/CRM implementations - and delivered large-scale call center automation and voice recognition systems. He has held a number of IT leadership roles and has played key roles in private, fast growth Inc. 500 companies and large public companies alike. Mr. Pintus holds an MBA from Lawrence Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Wayne State University.

John Montgomery has served as Senior Vice President, Program Management Office for ITT Educational Services since April, 2013. He served as Vice President, Program Management Office from March 2011 through March 2013.
John has over 28 years of experience as a technical and business leader, leading complex transformational technology initiatives across multiple vertical industries.  Prior to joining ITT/ESI’s executive team, John held a number of senior leadership positions in Software As a Service (SaaS) providers, management consulting, and technical consulting firms.
John is a native Hoosier, has lived and worked in the Indianapolis area for the last 23 years, and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
