Tom Drez serves as Chief Information Officer and Managing Director of the Information & Technology Services (ITS) Division of Christian Brothers Services (CBS). Tom joined CBS in 1987 to lead the division and take on the responsibility to strategically apply information technology to the business as an enabler to achieve desirable results. The ITS Division provides for operations, software and website design and development, and education. This includes responsibilities for implementing, supporting, and maintaining all aspects of computer, telephone, and audio/visual systems ensuring that technology usage fully supports organizational goals. He also has responsibility for information protection including privacy and security.CBS is a nonprofit organization that administers cooperative programs in the areas of health/retirement, property/casualty and consulting/technology to church organizations.

Rob Zelinka, CIO, Jack Henry & Associates

I serve as an IT Executive/ and leader of business for a provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. JHA provides more than 300 products and services that enable our customers to process financial transactions, automate their businesses, and succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace. I have responsibility for leading the efforts to engineer the Technology organization and improve key business process, to strengthen quality of service, timely delivery of technology based solutions while improving reliability and reducing time to market. I lead a cross-functional team of 500+ people through 10 direct reports. I am responsible for an $ 200M+ annual budget

Vinu Ramasamy, Head of Softward R&D, Siemens Building Technologies

Vinu has extensive leadership experience in software product organizations and operations. Lead and built winning global team dynamics and drove culture change (includes agile principles) at Motorola Solutions. Led new technology adoption, digital transformation (includes private & public cloud + team operations) and proactive in addressing systemic issues. Currently in the journey of digitally transforming the operations and products at Siemens as Head of Software R&D, Chicago
