Session: Transformation Leadership in the Virtual Economy

Today as Technical Executives we need to deal with a number of disruptive challenges that shape the way in which we support and enable the business strategies. We see the role of the Technical CxO's changing from being the leader of an technical engineering function, to one that is orchestrating services, consuming versus building outcomes. As IBM, working virtually has been a practice we've been using for the past 20+ years.
