Lori Pon, Director Claims Transformation and Claim Service Center, AAA – The Auto Club Group

Lori is 20+ veteran of the insurance industry with extensive experience in developing a holistic vision and roadmap for seamless service delivery leveraging technology innovations and process redesign. She has successfully led the build, implementation and organizational change management for core platforms and integrations across the insurance ecosystem.  In her current role, Lori leads claim system technology initiatives and operations in her oversight of the Claim Transformation, Quick Auto/Property Quick Claim Handling and First Notice of Loss contact center teams. Lori received her BA in Business Administration from Wesleyan College and MBA from Mercer University. Lori has earned her Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC).

Neil Goodrich, Chief Innovation Officer, M Holland

As the technology and innovation leader at the M. Holland Company, Neil is responsible for establishing information technology strategies, digital organization change, and outstanding user experiences. His multi-disciplinary background includes previous lives in accounting, project management, and investigation while his recent work has focused on building technology teams around cultures of creativity. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the UIC Liautaud Graduate School of Business. He continues to have strong ties to the UIC campus, where he mentors a cohort of high performing students as part of the Business Scholars program.

Brian Kelley, CTO, Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure commision.

Brian Kelley is the Chief Technology Officer for the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission where he is working on the toll modernization project and future technology on the road – autonomous & connected vehicles, EVs, solar, and smart mobility. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Master Degree in Public Administration from Kent State University. He is a graduate of the Certified Government Chief Information Officer Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brian teaches public online public administration graduate courses and undergraduate criminal justice courses at Kent State University.  Brian was recognized as one of Government Technology’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers in Public Sector Innovation in 2012 and he received the Ohio Government Finance Officer’s Association Innovation in Public Finance Award in 2011. Prior to coming to the Ohio Turnpike, he was the Chief Information Officer for Portage County, Ohio, for 27+ years.

Bringing Cloud Native DevOps to the Enterprise

Mark Panthofer, VP of DevOps and Cloud Platforms, nvisia

Mark Panthofer is a DevOps pracitioner, leader, presenter and the author of Mastering Docker Enterprise Edition. Mark and his team support enterprise leaders on their journey to cloud native DevOps with collaborative assessment, workshop and advisory services. In 2018 the team pivoted on their deep Docker and Kubernetes platofm experience into delivery pipelines, developer experience and ulitmately, DevOps best practices aligned with an agile implementation of lean software principles.
