2 Day Event Agenda

Day 1- June 19, Digital Transformation Summit

Session I--The Math of Digital Transformation

Success in the modern economy requires the systematization of opportunity identification and valuation coupled with rapid realization - In business today slow is the new expense.  Improving performance requires ecosystem-based transformational thinking, architecture and capabilities that modernize digital business delivery capacity. Insufficient understanding of the correlation between organizational performance and the key inputs of total cost (time, effort and spend) leads to suboptimal decisions and results.  Applying lean principles and formulaic discovery to digital delivery capabilities is key to maximizing IT's impact. This presentation will draw parallels to modern-day IT management and environments to the digital transformation of the US Future Exchanges brought on by the evolution of electronic trading between the periods of 1990 and 2015.

Session VI:  Hybrid, Single, Multi, Private and Public Cloud: How to determine which cloud strategy is right for your organization

There s no single definition of what the cloud looks like. Its many possible variations can improve an assortment of business challenges, but also add complexity. Unfortunately, the desirable and simple decision-making process choosing cloud type X for application type Y doesn t work.

Developing a cloud strategy specific to your company is the easiest step to skip, but it s the most important one not to.  Join SCTG's Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Brendan Caulfield for this session where he ll discuss how to build a cloud strategy that s right for your business.

A new era of business reinvention is dawning. The 'outside-in' digital transformation focus is giving way to the 'inside-out' potential of reshaped standard business architectures and intelligent workflows thanks to an unprecedented convergence of forces and exponential technologies. This framework has given birth to Cognitive Enterprises who are defining and pursuing a bold vision to realize new sources of value and restructure their industries, missions and business models. Hear how and where executives are focusing on becoming smarter businesses to take advantage of exponential technologies and capitalizing on vast amounts of data to reinvent and transform from within.
