    Subbu is a senior technology leader at Brady Corporation, where he is responsible for development of global eCommerce solutions and development of transformational technology solutions to automate the enterprise. Prior to Brady, Subbu served in senior management roles leading development of technology solutions to meet corporate initiatives/product strategy at companies across diverse sectors such as banking, insurance, logistics, real estate, and investment management. He is passionate about leveraging positive approaches to deliver business results. His past speaking engagements and panel participation span a wide spectrum including technology topics to motivational topics. Subbu has a master's degree in Information Systems Management from Creighton University, Omaha, NE.

       

    Miles English, CIO, Echo Global Logistics

    Miles English has served as Chief Information Officer since June 2017. Prior to Echo, Miles founded Convoko, a business consulting firm focused on optimizing corporate strategies, processes, and best in class technology platforms. From September 2006 to October 2013, he served Unisource Worldwide in roles including Strategy Director and IT Director. In these roles he helped implement a new business technology strategy and formed a center of excellence that helped the company achieve improved growth and profitability. From September 1999 to July 2006, Mr. English served Andersen Consulting (now called Accenture) where he helped implement large scale transformation programs that included process, technology and organizational changes. Mr. English graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Decision and Information Sciences.

Mr. Rege pioneered an “outside in” approach to capability development and technology investments in eCommerce and Digital Health product development by brings consumer centricity to a traditional sales & manufacturing enterprise. Prior to Stryker he was the Global Head of Marketing Technology and Innovation at Kimberly Clark where he had direct accountability for driving digital strategy, shared service adoption and innovation, through thought leadership, driving the vision, strategy and build out of the “Marketing Machinery” (Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Omni Channel capabilities) that powers KC's marketing & sales across the Consumer and the Professional businesses. This includes eCommerce & omni-channel strategies, personalized consumer experiences, big data & analytics, media, content, CRM, social, as well as driving innovation across product, and consumer experience. He has also held leadership roles in Management consulting and other Multi National Fortune 500 enterprises with a focus on eCommerce, strategy and business transformation

     

     

    Joshua Tatum, SVP Head of Product, Guaranteed Rate

    Joshua Tatum is the SVP of Product at Guaranteed Rate, a leading Mortgage Origination Company out of Chicago Ill. In his role at Guaranteed Rate, Joshua is developing strategic business software as well as diversified platforms that target the interaction between consumer and the loan production teams; such as Loan Officer and Operations. Having a passion for ethical product implantation, Joshua truly has an eye for the methods of complete adoption. He's spent most of his career building such platforms for almost every function inside the transaction; his experience spans from developing products with the top mortgage banks in the country, operating his own title and settlement company, managing global expansion for tech firms to now, being a leading disruptor inside the consumer finance channel. 

       

    Tim McCue, Vice President eCommerce & Digital Technology, Jockey International

    Tim McCue is the Vice President of eCommerce & Digital Technology for Jockey International. He manages digital marketing, web development & design, data science & analytics, eCommerce product merchandising, customer contact center, marketplaces and operations & fulfillment for Jockey in the US and Canada, as well as various digital functions throughout the organization. An original member of the Jockey.com team, he started as the lead developer on the first version of Jockey.com launched in 2000. After getting his MBA from Loyola University Chicago, he began working on the business side of eCommerce and helped grow Jockey.com to a top 500 retailer. He also collaborates with the International team on eCommerce in Europe for Jockey. Tim lives in Milwaukee Wisconsin, where he enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and two dogs

    In his role as Partner of Net Works Consulting Resources, Matthew has a wide range of experience from the application of technology in a variety of different environments to acting as a fractional CIO / CISO for multiple clients. His role as a strategic IT advisor, over the past 20 years, has allowed him to grow his experience in IT / Building Teams / Project Management and Cyber Security in many verticals including; Healthcare, Manufacturing, POS and the Service industry. Matthew is a 2011 Graduate of MIT with his Executive Masters degree with a focus on systems and process. This educational experience inspired him to create an Agent, JACK, that resides on the PC’s and servers that lowers overall helpdesk tickets by over 30% through proactive, programmed intelligence.
