Rodney Nobles, Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer, Waukesha County Technical College

Rodney Nobles is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer at Waukesha County Technical College. Rodney provides guidance and leadership for the continuing innovation and security of the information technology environment throughout the college. Additionally, Nobles and his team strives to be early adopters and influencers through the use of technology to produce optimal business results. Rodney has a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology Management.

Michael Ricci, CIO, VP Information Services, Massachusetts Eye and Ear

Michael Ricci has served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems at Massachusetts Eye and Ear (MEE) since 2014, initially recruited in 2012 as the Chief Systems Officer after a decade of consulting for MEE.  Mr. Ricci has had a long and distinguished career in healthcare services.  He was founder and CEO of a New England-based consulting corporation for almost thirty years, specializing in the creation of innovative solutions across multiple industries.  Under Mr. Ricci’s leadership, MEE has undergone a tremendous transformation in the areas of technology, interoperability, customer service, and security in support of all aspects of administrative, clinical, and research areas.

Patrick Rafferty, VP IT, Senior Program Manager & Global IT Risk Operations Manager, Societe Generale Americas

Patrick Rafferty joins us from Société Générale, a global banking entity with approximately 150 thousand staff in 67 countries.  Patrick comes from a dual background spanning 10 years each in accounting and IT management.  He has been in the trenches for almost 20 years, with innovation via component based software combined with process improvement the key differentiator in his approach since the early 2000’s.  With over 200M in projects completed since 2005, and every one of them delivering the promised value in the “right” timeframe, Patrick’s track record of solving business problems with common sense solutions enables innovation that truly changes organizations meaningfully and permanently.  At present, he is leading a global initiative to replace core functions in nearly all of SG’s bespoke tools concerning reconciliation and replace with a dedicated vendor component that is configurable by end users thus taking developers out of the reconciliation business.

Karen has more than 25 years of experience with highly automated systems that require deep understanding of critical business drivers in multiple markets and industries.

Chris Wetmore, Principal, Management Consulting – Intelligent Automation, RSM

Chris is a principal in RSM’s technology advisory practice. He has over 15 years of accomplished and diverse IT functional experience. Prior to joining RSM, Chris worked as a project manager/business analyst. Chris specialized in IT organizational design and strategy, project management, vendor and software selections, business process re-design, as well as the implementation of various enterprise applications.

Tyler Howard, Manager, Management Consulting – Intelligent Automation, RSM

Tyler is a manager within RSM’s Intelligent Automation service team. He has over 8 years of RPA and Machine Learning experience assisting clients from strategy, opportunity assessment, roadmap, vendor selection, implementation, and go-live across multiple vendors.
