Stefan Rank, Director Global Innovation, DHL Supply Chain

As Director of Global Innovation, Supply Chain Solutions with DHL, a $16B provider of supply chain, transportation, and third-party logistics solutions, Stefan leads an organization charged with defining the company's next-generation supply chain, scouting, architecting, and implementing the emerging technologies and solutions that serve as a competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving logistics field. To date, he and his team have delivered proofs of concept on a series of highly promising technologies being planned and integrated into DHL's global model. Prior to this, as Director of Information Technology Project Management and Vendor Management with Ascena Retail Group, Inc., Rank led a team of 25 shaping and influencing the IT strategy, services and solutions for the $7.1 billion specialty retailer building Ascena's Project Management Office into the organization, driving the deployment of IT and service delivery programs.

Chris Hayes - National Business Furniture is an experienced IT Leader with a proven track record for identifying and implementing new technology and processes to increase revenue, reduce costs, and optimize systems. Chris utilizes his past experiences from Human Resources, Corporate Training, Application Development and Operations to help guide his team to build market ready products and services. In his current role as Chief Digital Officer, Chris is focused on leading National Business Furniture through their Digital Transformation.

Roman Dumiak, Executive in Residence for Industry, DePaul Innovation Development Lab

Currently, Roman Dumiak is the Executive-in-Residence for Industry at the DePaul University Innovation Development Laboratory (iDLab). As the Executive-in-Residence, Roman acts as the liaison between the DePaul faculty and corporate enterprises that are currently engaged with DePaul's iDLab. working to bridge the gap between the business and academic communities developing innovative solutions. Previously, Roman held several positions with Allstate Insurance including Director of the Technology Innovation group, Chief Enterprise Architect and Sr. IT Planning Consultant. His focus included both strategic planning as well as directing and facilitating efforts utilizing innovative software and hardware solutions from the ideation phase through implementation as part of Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures.

Based in New York, Dan has 20 years of experience partnering with operators and investors in developing and executing growth strategies, operating models, operational improvements, digital strategies, turnarounds, and transformations. Dan holds MBA and BA degrees from the University of Michigan. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Prior to K+C, Dan held various leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte and PRTM Management Consultants. He has deep hands-on experience across virtually the entire consumer value chain. He also has significant global experience, having worked with clients in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America and North America.
