For thirty years I have designed and shipped games across nearly every kind of studio, with around forty-two credits on twenty-eight titles. I was Design Director on the Sonic franchise at Sega, and I helped build EndeavorRX, the first video game approved by the FDA as a medical treatment. That range, from blockbuster entertainment to regulated medicine, taught me that good systems design is the same discipline whether the output is fun, profit, or a patient outcome. I lead with the craft first and let the technology serve the vision, never the other way around.
Today I work at the front edge of AI-augmented production, building real toolchains and directing agentic systems on live commercial projects rather than talking about them in the abstract. My organizing principle is simple: AI surfaces and suggests, people decide. I am here to help executives cut through the hype, adopt these tools in ways that hold up under real deadlines and real budgets, and keep the human judgment that separates a working strategy from an expensive one.
