Improving Customer Experience with AI-Powered Agents
One of the clearest examples Danny shares is in the call center environment. rSTAR is working with one of the largest utility providers in the country to improve how customer interactions are handled. Instead of replacing agents, they are equipping them with AI copilots that give them real-time access to knowledge bases, recommended responses, and the ability to follow up with customers immediately.
Streamlining Core Operations with AI
What this does in practice is significantly reduce the time it takes to handle a call while improving the quality of the response. Tasks that used to take several minutes are now being handled in under a minute, with agents able to respond more confidently and consistently.
The same approach is being applied to operational processes that have historically been manual and time-consuming. Danny points to workflows like starting, stopping, or transferring utility services, which traditionally could take 15 minutes or more. By introducing AI-driven agents, rSTAR has helped reduce those processes to under 90 seconds, creating a meaningful improvement in both efficiency and customer experience.
Another area where rSTAR is delivering impact is in helping clients move from reactive to proactive operations. In the utility space, for example, the cost of managing customers in collections is significantly higher than addressing issues earlier. By using AI to analyze behavior and payment patterns, rSTAR is helping organizations identify at-risk customers sooner and engage them with more personalized options before problems escalate.
While utilities provide a strong example, Danny makes it clear that this work extends across the enterprise. His team is building AI-driven solutions for field service, inventory management, pricing and competitive intelligence, and sales processes. A key part of their approach is developing reusable agents and assets that can be applied across different parts of the business.

Underneath all of this is a foundation that Danny emphasizes repeatedly: data and integration.
