Member Services Manager - Member Sales Associate / Sales Assistant

Part time Position with the Technology Executives Club

Join the Team and Help the Club Grow. We have a great part time, flexible 1099 position now available for the right self starter.

  • Our CEO is looking for a new, “Right-Arm” for our new Membership Programs

  • Ideal part-time position during school hours - 20 hours.  $12-14 per hour.

  • Work at your home office 80% of the time.  Work with CEO in person (Glenview) occasionally, and attend our Full Day Summits (6 a year) in Lake Forest, IL.

  • Must have sales experience and be able to act BOTH as a customer service representative AND membership sales.  Our approach is to serve first, and then ask for the order. Must not be shy about asking for the order but also making sure we are serving our community members first.

  • The ideal candidate should have either association experience or intangible sales experience.  Must be great with people on the phone, and also very organized and able to multitask. This role involves both phone work and CRM/online database work.

  • Must be PC/Computer/online savvy.  Ability to use a variety of online sales and marketing tools, such as online CRM, gotomeeting, LinkedIn, database tools, plus Office 365 tools.

In this role you will work both as customer service rep and membership associate for our most senior executives (CIOs) in our community.  Here is a sample list of activities:

  • Assist our community members in using our free services:

    • Telemarketing for attendee prospecting for events and webinars
    • Getting them access to free reports, etc.

  • Campaign prospecting for membership lead generation

  • Facilitate Online Demonstration of membership site

  • Facilitate Membership Interview with CEO

  • Follow up on all qualified leads.  Be able to take the order or help reconnect with CEO

  • Attend Summits and help facilitate leads at the summits

  • Respond to and qualify leads

  • Manage CRM and pipeline

  • Campaign prospecting for membership lead generation

  • Keep database up to date for prospects.

  • Send out regular “snail mail” mailings for lead generation and follow up.
