In today’s hyper-technical world, the pace of digital disruption is relentless. From artificial intelligence to blockchain, businesses face a stark reality: evolve digitally or risk obsolescence. The digital imperative is no longer a buzzword—it’s the foundation for long-term success in a competitive, tech-driven landscape. Unfortunately, the grim reality is that 70% to 95% of these initiatives fail.


I’m thrilled to contribute my 40+ years of digital transformation experience to the TEC community. I’ve literally written the book on how to succeed with digital transformation. I’m also looking forward to learning from the other experts in this community. As a proverb wisely notes, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. ”

Tory Bjorklund

For nearly forty years Tory Bjorklund has been guiding businesses through their digital transformations. Tory started his first consulting company in 1987 and have worked with companies to transform their businesses using technology since then. Tory is a veteran of the manufacturing and software industries having served as CEO, CTO, CIO and Chief Software Architect. As a consultant and a cofounder of manufacturing, software, and fintech companies, Tory has been on both sides of the transformation table. Today, Tory is the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Fide Consulting. Victoria Fide exists to equip midmarket companies to succeed with their digital transformation initiatives. Our primary business focus has been engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and Supply Chain Management.
