In this special two day event, we combine our One Day Summit with a bonus workshop on the second day on Cloud Transformation Strategies .

Day One: In this summit, we'll be exploring how area CIOs, Innovation & Digital Executives are implementing key strategies to drive both immediate growth, digital transformation and scale.

Day Two: Cloud Transformation Strategies Workshop

    As the technology leader at the M. Holland Company, Neil is responsible for not only setting the IT strategy but driving change within the organization. His multi-disciplinary background includes previous lives in accounting, project management, and investigation while his recent work has focused on building IT teams around cultures of creativity. He received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and later returned there to earn his Masters in Business Administration.


    Jennifer Faris Severns Chief Experience Officer American Marketing Association

    As the Chief Experience Officer for the American Marketing Association, Jennifer is shaping the way marketers interact with the largest marketing association in the world. She brings to the AMA her ability to lead cross-functional innovation and guide digital disruption as the association works to redefine the AMA membership model and refine the customer experience. She oversees marketing, insights, innovation, design, community experience, customer service and live experience at AMA’s Global Support Center. Previously, Jennifer led creative strategy for large-scale experiences serving Fortune 500 brands such as Allstate, Mondelēz International, 20th Century, Fidelity Investments, Dell and Cisco. She built and led the creative and digital team for Omnicom’s social media agency, Zócalo Group, and she spent nine years directing design strategy for Oprah.

    Greg is a Principal with Solve, and is based in Chicago, IL. He architects solutions to provide data warehouses, dashboards and visualizations. The goal is data discovery, predictive analytics and reporting across the full breadth of functions within organizations. For the past 25 years, Greg has worked on BI and custom application solutions for Manufacturing, Supply Chain / Distribution, Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Services, Telecom, and a variety of other industries.

Session VII: Keynote Panel-- Replacing the Legacy - strategies for getting out of Technical Debt and Replacing your older technology and application stacks.

Everyone wants to be on a newer stack, but how do you manage moving to a new platform while still operating your business on the new stack?  In this unique panel, we’ll have CIOs and other senior technology executives share the strategies they used and lessons learned.

    Vamsi Muddada, Chief Technology Officer, FTD Companies, Inc

    FTD is a $1.2B gifting business across four main brands in the US and UK—a second turn-around. Vamsi oversees all of the product development, product design, Infrastructure, InfoSec and Data Analytics teams responsible for all the consumer and florist technologies. He was hired to define and execute the digital transformation roadmap, with a full rewrite of the entire ecommerce stack, using cloud native open source micro-services tech stack. He scaled out the existing resources into multiple product teams, by growing them into 250+ resources, responsible for the various front-end and back-end services. 
    Vamsi grew up in India, with a strong focus on Math and Sciences, which ultimately put him in the line of Computer Sciences.  He did his bachelors in CS from a reputed university, and moved to the US for his masters. He finished his masters in CS, from Texas A&M university, and started his career here in the US


    Tod Huber, Chief Technology Officer, Milwaukee County 

    Innovative technologist and IT leader with over 20 years of progressive experience leading various IT teams in the planning, development and creation of advanced and scalable architecture, applications and infrastructure.   Currently in the Chief Technology Officer role for Milwaukee County where the primary responsibility of the CTO is to formulate the County’s strategy and roadmap for technology initiatives for the next 3-5 years in the areas of architecture, applications, information security, data centers and network/telecom infrastructure.
