There are 2 Organizational Change Models that have proven quite effective from my experience: “Kotter’s 8-step Approach to Organizational Change” and the “Aurra Cycle”. Kotter’s approach to organizational change is similar to the establishment of ‘Critical Success Factors’ such as ‘Creating a sense of urgency’ and ‘Creating a Vision’. The Aurra Cycle is the process of Organizational Transformation: Analyze, Unfreeze, Reconfigure, and Refreeze. Leveraging these models, we created an environment where our workforce feels informed, enabled, engaged, and empowered!
